Thank you for your interest in Shepherds' Haven Ministry 2026. Please be aware of the following prior to registering:

Shepherds' Haven is geared toward pastors, male church leadership, and ministerial students. We also encourage fathers to bring their teen sons for a great time of discipleship. We are not opening registration to pastor's wives at this time.

• This year's $350 standard registration fee is based on the occupancy of three people per room in Spruce Lodge, and $450 for single occupancy in Juniper Hall. Day Guests may attend for $45 per day. Discounts are not applicable to Day Guests. ​​

• The following discounts are available for 2026:

  • $25 Early Bird Discount if by 02/02/26

  • $25 First Time Guest Discount

  • $25 Deacon Discount

  • $100 Ministry Student Discount​

• The Early Bird Discount can only be used if registration AND payment are received prior to February 2, 2026.

There are now two ways to make payment.

Method 1: Send payment by check made out to "First Baptist Church of North Conway, NH” with "Shepherds' Haven 2026" appearing on the memo line. Please send payments to:

Method 2: A new online payment system will be launched in a few weeks.

 

Shepherds' Haven depends on registration fees in order to cover the cost of our conference at Spruce Lake Retreat. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we depend on attendees paying on time. We're looking forward to seeing you in March 2026!

Please be informed that Arrival, Check In, and Session 1 will commence earlier than in previous years. Arrival and Check In will take place from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on March 9, and Session 1 will commence promptly at 4:00 pm.
