Thank you for your interest in Shepherds' Haven Ministry 2025. Please be aware of the following prior to registering:

Shepherds' Haven is geared toward pastors, male church leadership, and ministerial students. We are not opening registration to pastor's wives at this time.

• This year's $350 standard registration fee is based on the occupancy of three people per room in Spruce Lodge, and $450 for single occupancy in Juniper Hall. Day Guests may attend for $45 per day. ​​

• The following discounts are available for 2025:

  • $25 Discount if Registered AND paid by 1/31

  • $25 First Time Guest Discount

  • $25 Deacon Discount

  • $25 Ministry Student Discount​ 
    ​

• The Early Bird Discount can only be used if registration AND payment are received prior to January 31, 2025.

• In order to complete your registration, You MUST send payment by check within 10 business days. If payment is not received, your registration may be canceled. Shepherd's Haven depends on registration fees to cover the cost of Spruce Lake Retreat. Please do not register if you cannot pay upon registration.

• Once your online registration is complete, you must send payment by check made out to "First Baptist Church of North Conway, NH” with "Shepherds' Haven 2025" appearing on the memo line. Please send payments to:
