I ran this idea across Brian. In the past, we have offered a $30 discount to those who bring a first-time guest, and a $30 discount to that guest as well. I wonder how many regular attendees are motivated to bring guests based on this alone? I also wonder how messy this can potentially be when calculating costs and the final numbers. What if we were to drop the $30 discount for the regular attendee, and give a first-time guest a $50 discount instead? I think a $50 discount is very persuasive. We save $10 as well.
